Project Management for Event Management Industry:

Event Management Projects is the process by which an event planned, prepared and produced. An event, project manager has the task of to monitor and organize every aspect of an event, including research, planning, organization, implementation, control and evaluation of a design event, Activities and production.

Event management projects has been attributed as "emerging profession" to the fact that no academic, government licenses granted or private professional certification credentials necessary to practice have been described this complex and laden company responsibility.
